I appreciated how you shared using proper materials, wood, stainless steel, glass etc. I have two questions about this Chinese electric cook pot, how can one be confident that it is made lead-free (or is that just an American problem) ? Lastly, is there an element inside for heating and what material is that? Thank You in advance for any help.
