  1. I can relate to the terrible depression during adolescence and the period pain… somedays I could hardly walk. Later in life I discovered that depression is suppression of trauma and the period pain was also connected to trauma. During my thirties I discovered memories of early childhood emotional, mental and physical abuse that went on in different forms for most of my childhood and adolescence. As I released the emotional trauma over a period of time, my period pain and depression dissipated. I also discovered that I’m a ‘super sensitive’ person… and I’ve now embraced that part of me and turned that sensitivity into a tool to help others.   2. The intake of these drops multiple times a day due to external circumstances qualifies it for drug abuse. This is exactly what drug abusers do. Take it as medicine and forget it and allow it to do its job. Deal with your external circumstances and focus on things you like to do, be it cooking, biking, music, etc

  3. Have your vitamin D level tested. Directly relates to depression and healing… helps the body repair itself. It's amazing how my doctors missed it for decades. I finally requested the test for myself.

  8. This popped up today for some reason, I think because I recently bought CBD oil. However, I have PCOS & Endometriosis. My gyno referred me to a neurologist for my endo, because I don't want to take birth control either. I had cortisone shots in my abdominal an pelvic nerves, and then a physiotherapist for the cramps. Please ask your doctor about this!! I have also been told by lots of people on my endometriosis support group that TENS machines provided them with some pain relief. Hope you're doing better now
