  1. Loving the vids 🙂 Do you always train fasted? I've been doing IF but I always end up breaking my fast to get carbs before i workout being worried that I'll miss out on weight and energy without the carbs, maybe it's just placebo :/

  2. you are doing great. One thing I wanna just note is that 6.9% is not an accurate number IMO. I think you already look great but 6.9 looks way different. Yes everyone looks different on different BF % but 6.9% is way more shredded. If I was gonna just say based on the video looks more like 9-12% but that is just my humble opinion I am not saying I am right, just wanted to point it out, and also great job on being dedicated.

  3. You're doing a great job. I've been watching all your videos. I've been trying to lose some weight. Being a truck driver makes things a little difficult. I'm out for 2.5-3 weeks at a time. The wife also drives. So we don't stop moving much to work out. I hit the gym hard when I get home for 3-4 days. Trying to keep muscle on and eating in a deficit all the time, is also an issue. I try my best. Thank you for sharing your journey. Keep kicking it 💪
